Pipelan Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Pipelan! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pipelan mobile application and website (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by Grimsley & Associates, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using Pipelan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

  1. Who Can Use Pipelan

You may use Pipelan if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Have the authority to enter into this agreement (must be a verified, certified inspector or a coordinator under contract with a company).
  • Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  1. Account Registration

To use Pipelan’s core features, you must register for an account as either a:

  • Certified Inspector, or
  • Coordinator/Company Representative

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your account secure
  • Notify us of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe your information is false or your use violates these Terms.

  1. How the Platform Works

For Inspectors:

  • Upload certifications and credentials
  • Toggle your availability status in real time
  • Respond to inquiries from coordinators

For Coordinators:

  • Search for inspectors by location, certification, and availability
  • Contact and contract available inspectors directly
  • Build project teams efficiently

Pipelan acts as a connection platform only. We do not hire, employ, or manage inspectors or coordinators. All contracts and employment relationships are managed independently by users.

  1. Subscription Fees

Use of Pipelan is subject to a recurring monthly subscription:

  • Inspectors: Free until the Inspector lands a job on the app. Then $10/month subscription with full features 
  • Coordinators/Companies: $800/month per coordinator (or as agreed)

Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

  1. Permitted Uses

You agree to use Pipelan only for lawful purposes and not to:

  • Misrepresent your identity or certifications
  • Interfere with other users’ use of the platform
  • Attempt to access systems or data not intended for you
  • Upload viruses or malicious content
  • Harass or abuse any user or representative
  1. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and features on Pipelan are the property of Grimsley & Associates, LLC or its partners and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, sell, or exploit any part of the platform without written consent.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Pipelan without notice if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Misuse the platform or other users' data

You may cancel your account at any time through the app or by contacting support.

  1. Disclaimers

Pipelan is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Employment outcomes
  • Availability of users
  • Accuracy of user-provided data

We are not liable for actions taken by inspectors, coordinators, or third-party entities using the platform.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pipelan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Platform.

  1. Privacy

Your use of Pipelan is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  1. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas unless another method is agreed upon in writing.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes occur, we will notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the platform means you accept the new terms.
